How it all started
One evening, Jessie contacted us via our Livechat about problems she had with her website. Content was duplicating on mobile devices and she couldn’t work out why.
We took a brief look while live on chat, and saw the issue first hand. So we planned to look at it the following day. Jessie kindly sent us a login to see if we coudl investigate the problem.

Our Solution
The issue was one of how Divi makes one textual element different for different devices, in a relatively hidden way. We are not fans of Divi. This kind of heightened the reasons why. However we were able to resolve the issue, and send her a video on how to do it for herself, to save her ongoing costs.
As a result of this support, and noticing other issues, she asked us if we could provide some ongoing work for her, which we now very graciously do.
