We are working on a brand new support system for JBBG. Really exciting development.
It will transform their customer services.
Update: We developed a brand new Support Tool for Just BB Guns which was extraordinary. This tool was called JBBG Support and was a bespoke Ticketing System made for the company. Nothing was templated.
We had to see the User’s view and Admin’s view, plus Support Agent’s view. Menus, security, layouts, and how Support Agents would answer tickets.
We also looked at how a ticket would be handled, if the user needed to be reported or blocked, and Canned Replies. This Bespoke Website ticketing system was developed more and more over the coming years.
